Yes. We work from brand standards packages, fixture specs, finish libraries, and technical drawings provided by your team or your design firm. If you have an approved prototype or an existing fixture program already in market, we engineer and build to match. Where the original piece has tolerances that don’t hold up in production volume, finishes that aren’t repeatable at scale, or construction details that create installation problems in the field, we flag those before production starts and recommend adjustments. Consistency across locations is the baseline expectation, not a premium service.

We work with hardwoods, engineered wood, MDF, laminates, veneers, metal, and glass. What we recommend depends on the application. A fixture that gets moved, wiped down with commercial cleaners, and restocked daily needs a different substrate and finish spec than a lobby piece that mostly gets looked at. Finish options include paint, stain, lacquer, high-pressure laminate, and color-matched finishes built to your brand standards. We batch finishes so color and sheen stay consistent across every unit in a run. If you have an existing finish already in use across your locations, bring us a sample and we match it. We can provide material specifications and test data for projects that require documentation for code compliance or brand approval.

We engineer to your design, we don’t create it. If you already have finished drawings, we take them directly into engineering and production. If you’re starting from a concept, brand board, or reference image, our team works out how to engineer, finish, and install it correctly. Either way, creative direction stays with you or your design team.

Yes. If you have existing pieces, approved samples, or legacy drawings, we reverse-engineer and build to match. If the original has issues with durability or repeatability we will call those out before production and recommend adjustments. The goal is consistency with what is already in your locations, not a redesign.

We don’t self-perform interior installation, but we coordinate it. Our project managers work with your GC, installation contractors, and site teams to make sure fixtures arrive when the site is ready and that the people putting them in have everything they need. Fixtures are engineered and packaged with installation in mind so assembly in the field is straightforward and doesn’t require a specialist to execute. The goal is to keep installation moving quickly, minimize downtime on site, and make sure the fixture portion of the project doesn’t become the reason an opening gets pushed.
