Engineering and Prototyping

We design and engineer each hospitality interior element around your brand standards, layouts, and how the space will actually function. That includes guest flow, service areas, and how components will repeat across locations. You’ll get 3D models and shop drawings, and when needed, a physical prototype so details are resolved before production begins.

Material Selection and Value Engineering

Material decisions are based on where and how the space is used. Bar tops, banquettes, and high-touch surfaces take wear in different ways. We guide species, substrates, and finishes with durability, maintenance, and consistency in mind. Where possible, we simplify construction or adjust materials to keep costs predictable as quantities increase.

Production runs through our U.S. facility using controlled processes and repeatable setups. The goal is consistency across every unit, whether it’s a single property or multiple locations. We build primarily in wood and integrate metal, glass, stone, and other materials where required, keeping dimensions and finish tight across the full run.
