Essential Roles and Responsibilities Overview:
Finishing Expertise
- Finishing of high-end custom architectural millwork using water and solvent based paints, stains and clear coats
- Utilize advanced techniques to apply stains, varnishes, lacquers, and other finishes to wood products, ensuring a flawless and durable finish
- Demonstrate problem solving and a key eye for detail
- Support the millwork processes and teams by providing a wide range of high-end finishing techniques

Surface Preparation

Color Matching

Quality Control

The Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting finished millwork products to various sites and ensuring timely and safe delivery. - Operate company motor vehicles to transport finished millwork products to designated locations, including warehouses.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time, in a safe manner externally between facilities.
- Safely load with a forklift, deliver and unload millwork products, ensuring they are properly secured to prevent damage during transit to local sites for installation as scheduled.
- Deliver and pick up materials from local vendors / suppliers. This may at times include out-of-state needs.
- Verify load accuracy against shipping orders and handle necessary documentation.
