There’s no fixed minimum, but our rollout process is built for brands managing five or more locations at once. Single-store projects go through our standard custom fixture process instead.

Once a prototype is built and approved, it’s locked into technical drawings and specifications that every unit after it gets built against. That level of consistency comes from our craftsmen, who work across metal, glass, leather, stone, and acrylic in addition to wood, so the same standard of fit and finish holds regardless of material mix or store count.

Every site gets reviewed before fabrication starts, since no two locations are identical. Ceiling height, doorway width, column placement, and floor plan all get checked against the fixture design ahead of time. Where a location needs a different size or configuration to fit, that version is built to match the rest of the program, not designed from scratch.

At least 12 to 16 weeks ahead of your first scheduled opening, earlier if custom materials or long lead finishes are involved. That window covers prototyping and approvals before production has to start, which is what keeps a rollout calendar from getting compressed later.

Yes. Most rollout programs open in phases, not all on one date. Production and delivery are scheduled around your actual opening calendar.

Both. We work directly with retail brands, hospitality groups, and commercial developers managing their own programs, and we work as a subcontractor to general contractors and construction managers on larger projects. We own our scope, coordinate with other trades on site, and keep our portion of the schedule moving regardless of who else is involved.

Yes. Maintenance kits and replenishment programs are part of our logistics and warehousing service, along with national distribution support, so stores have a way to handle repairs and restocking after opening rather than starting from zero.
